The First Solar Pool Heating System with Integrated Link System™ Technology
Traditional solar pool heaters rely on rubber hoses, clamps, and messy connections that loosen over time and lead to leaks and maintenance.
SunLink Pro™ eliminates that problem entirely.
With our breakthrough Integrated Link System™, each panel features built-in threaded union connections—allowing panels to simply screw together for a faster, cleaner, and more reliable installation.
No Clamps. No Hoses. Just Screw & Connect.
🔧 Integrated Link System™ Technology
SunLink Pro introduces a completely new way to install solar pool heating panels.
- Built-in reinforced union connections on every panel
- No gluing, no clamps, no additional connectors required
- Secure, watertight connections every time
The result?
✔ Faster installation
✔ Cleaner layout
✔ Long-term leak resistance
✔ Reduced maintenance
Panels are securely mounted using custom roof clamps designed to accommodate expansion and contraction—ensuring durability in all conditions.
💪 Exceptional Durability & Performance
SunLink Pro is precision injection molded using a high-grade, UV-stabilized polymer engineered for:
- Superior heat transfer
- Long-term structural integrity
- Resistance to extreme weather conditions
The thick circular wall design helps protect against damage from birds and wildlife, while the seamless one-piece construction eliminates weak points—ensuring long-lasting performance without failures at welds or seams.
Each panel contains a network of miniature absorber tubes to maximize solar exposure and heat transfer efficiency.
📐 Flexible Design for Any Roof
SunLink Pro’s modular system adapts easily to your space.
- Available in panel lengths from 4.5 ft to 12.5 ft
- One of the widest size ranges in the industry
- Ideal for maximizing coverage on complex or limited roof areas
Design a system that fits your roof—not the other way around.
🔥 Key Benefits of SunLink Pro™
- Revolutionary Connection System – Built-in unions eliminate hoses and clamps
- Faster Installation – Save time with simple screw-together connections
- Leak-Resistant Design – Secure, watertight panel connections
- Durable Construction – UV-stabilized polymer resists weather and wear
- Improved Efficiency – Enhanced tube design increases heat absorption
- Low Maintenance – No clamps to tighten or hoses to replace
- Extended Swim Season – Enjoy warmer water for more months of the year
🌞 Enjoy a Longer Swimming Season
Most pools are only comfortably usable for a few months each year.
With SunLink Pro™, you can extend your swimming season to 6–10 months, depending on your climate—giving you more time, more comfort, and more value from your pool.
⚙️ How SunLink Pro™ Works
SunLink Pro captures heat from the sun and transfers it directly to your pool water.
- Pool water is pumped through the solar panels
- The sun heats the water as it flows through the absorber tubes
- Warm water returns to your pool, raising the overall temperature
Simple, efficient, and powered entirely by the sun.
💰 Solar That Pays for Itself
After installation, SunLink Pro uses free solar energy to heat your pool—dramatically reducing heating costs.
Most systems pay for themselves within just a few years, while continuing to deliver savings long-term.
🔄 System Configuration Options
Integrated System (Most Common)
- Works with your existing pool pump
- Diverts filtered water to the solar panels
- Easy to retrofit to existing pools
Independent System
- Dedicated pump system for solar heating
- Ideal for new builds or planned installations
- Operates separately from filtration

What's Included:
- (1) SunLink Pro Solar Collector with Integrated Water-Tight Unions (panel only, does not include mounting hardware).
SYSTEM SIZING: How Many Solar Panels Do I Need?
A few different variables should be considered when selecting a solar pool heating system to match your swimming pool. The primary factors are; your location (climate), pool size (surface area), and heating goals (how long your looking to extend your swimming season). Understanding exactly what your goals are will help determine how many panels you need.
Solar pool heating systems are sized based on the surface area of your swimming pool, rather than its volume. This is because the primary source of heat loss occurs through evaporation at the surface. If you have a geometrically shaped pool, this calculation is quite easy. If however, your swimming pool is a "freeform" shape, or a "kidney" shape, this calculation can be a bit more difficult. For pools matching this second classification, satellite mapping can be used to help measure the surface area of your swimming pool.
Generally speaking, solar pool heating systems are sized anywhere between 50%-100% of a swimming pools total surface area. IE: “50% offset” means you are matching 50% of your pool’s surface area to the total surface area of all your solar panels.
If your pool has a total surface area of 400 square feet, 50% offset means you will need a total of 200 square feet of solar panels to heat it.
As a reference, a single 4'x12' solar panel has a surface area of 48 square feet, so a system with (4) 4'x12' solar panels has a total surface area of 192 square feet.
- 3-4 Month Swimming Season: If you are only looking to add some additional heating during the summer months (3-4 months of warm swimming pool temperatures), 50% offset should be sufficient.
- 4-6 Month Swimming Season: If you are looking to heat your pool into the shoulder months (4-6 month swimming season), you will want to aim in the 60-80% range.
- 8-10 Month Swimming Season: If you are looking for a full spring-fall season extension (8-10 month swimming season), you will want to aim for 85%-100% offset.
EXAMPLE: Swimming Pool Size: 16' x 32' (rectangle)
- Surface Area (Swimming Pool): 512 square feet
- Desired Heating Goal: 4-5 month swimming season (Solar System Offset = 70%)
- Recommended Surface Area (Solar Panels): 358 square feet OR roughly (7) 4'x12' panels.
