How do I measure my pool?
Measure at the waterline — the longest length and the widest width, in feet, rounding up to the next foot. Enter those above and we'll match the cover size for you. Freeform pools use their longest and widest points; the cover ships at that full size and trims to your pool's exact shape.
What if my pool is between sizes?
We always round up to the next cover that fully covers your pool, then you trim it to shape with household scissors. A cover that's slightly large trims down in minutes; one that's slightly small can't be fixed.
What if my pool is bigger than your largest size?
Enter your dimensions above and we'll tell you. Larger pools are cut to order — reach out and we'll size it, price it, and get it made for your pool.
How long will my cover last?
GeoBubble™ covers are engineered for an 8+ year product life — 3–4× longer than a traditional pool cover — and the Gen2 material extends that to 10 years.* Keep the cover under a reflective sheet when it's off the pool, and keep it off the water after a shock treatment.
Will a GeoBubble cover work with the reel I already have?
It depends on what your reel was built to carry. GeoBubble covers are thicker and heavier than typical bubble covers, and reels made for lightweight covers can strain under the load. Check your reel's rated cover weight — or tell us what you have and we'll confirm the fit.
Is a solar cover the same as a solar blanket?
Yes — solar cover, solar blanket, and bubble cover all describe the same product: a floating cover that heats your swimming pool with sunlight and slows evaporation. GeoBubble™ covers fit both inground and above-ground pools.
