Most solar panel orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. Most hardware orders (>$50) are shipped via FedEx Express 2-Day - free of charge!

- We spend a great deal of time shrink wrapping, bubble wrapping, double checking & cleaning products by hand before they ship out.

- Why? Because these are measures that protect your items properly & assure they arrive to you accurately and in perfect condition. Any potential blemish or manufacturing defect is IDENTIFIED BY US, NOT YOU!

2. What it means to provide PREMIUM SHIPPING:

- We ship nearly all orders via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Freight Priority & FedEx 2-Day Express. The only packages that do not ship with FedEx are orders under 1 lb.

Why? FedEx is often more expensive than other carriers, however they have done a phenomenal job with our packages and have proven to be light years ahead of other carriers, both in SPEED AND QUALITY OF SERVICE.
