SunLink Pro Solar Pool Heater Panel
Expand an existing SunLink Pro system or build a custom array around your available roof space — one panel at a time. Choose the length that fits.
Includes one panel with the Integrated Link System™ union molded into both ends. Mounting hardware is added below.
Will it connect to your system?
SunLink Pro systems only. The Integrated Link System™ union is molded into both ends of every panel and connects only to another SunLink Pro panel. Every panel is 24 inches wide and every length carries the same union, so any of the five lengths can be used in an array — add to a row, replace a panel with the matching length, or mix lengths around the roof. Mixing lengths? A Row Spacer Kit is required at each change from one length to another.
Rubber hoses and hose clamps, or a clamp joint with no hoses? A SunLink Pro panel won’t join that system. See the SwimEasy panel → for hose-and-clamp systems, the SwimJoy panel → for clamp joints — or replace the whole system with a SunLink Pro DIY kit →
Sizes & specs ↓This size is a custom order. It isn’t stocked, so allow extra time for shipping — we’ll confirm the lead time with you before it ships.
Sizes are approximate — measured lengths are under Sizes & specs ↓. Every length shares the same union, so you can add any length to a row. If transitioning between panel sizes, an additional Row Spacer Kit will be required at each change from one length to another.
A new panel needs its own mounting hardware. The Panel Installation Kit has the two manifold clamps and the tube support joiners for the length you choose.
If transitioning between panel sizes, an additional Row Spacer Kit will be required. This is the hardware kit used between panel size splits.

Five lengths. One 24-inch width. Built to fit more rooflines.
Every length carries the same union, so any length can be used in an array. Measure the run you have, choose the longest length that fits, and mix lengths to work around hips, valleys, dormers, and other obstacles — with a Row Spacer Kit at each change from one length to another.

Want more heat from the system you already have? Add a panel.
An added panel twists onto the end of the row you already have and installs with its own Panel Installation Kit, which provides the manifold clamps and tube support joiners for the new panel. Adding a different length? An additional Row Spacer Kit is required at each change from one length to another. Mix lengths to work around hips, valleys, dormers, and other obstacles. Size the whole system rather than the addition: the sizing guide works from your pool’s surface area, how much of the year you want to swim, and the panels you have now. Starting a new row also takes a Row Installation Kit; ask us what your layout needs.

Precision molded to outlast the elements.
Engineered for long-term performance, SunLink Pro combines precision-molded construction, durable materials, and collector technology backed by decades of real-world experience.

The union is molded into every panel, on both ends. Align the panels edge to edge, hand-tighten the collar until snug, and the connection is made — no hose clamps, rubber couplers, or PVC glue between collectors. Just twist & go.
Each collector is molded as a single piece, eliminating the seams and welded joints that can become failure points over time.
UV-stabilized engineering polymers and thick-wall absorber tubes are designed for years of exposure to direct sun, heat, weather, and seasonal temperature changes.
Built on connection technology refined through five decades of real-world solar installations.

You've got questions. We've got answers.
Will a SunLink Pro panel connect to my existing solar pool heater?
Only if your existing panels are SunLink Pro. The Integrated Link System™ union is molded into both ends of every SunLink Pro panel and connects only to another SunLink Pro union; it won’t join a system that uses rubber hoses and hose clamps, or a clamp joint with no hoses. For those systems, see the SwimEasy panel (hose-and-clamp) or the SwimJoy panel (clamp joint). A whole system can be replaced with SunLink Pro using a SunLink Pro DIY kit.
Can I add panels to a SunLink Pro system to extend my swim season?
Yes. Any of the five lengths twists onto the end of a row — every length carries the same union. If the panel you add is a different length from the one it joins, an additional Row Spacer Kit will be required at that change. Each added panel will require a Panel Installation Kit, which provides the installation hardware for the new panel, and starting a new row takes a Row Installation Kit as well. Size the whole system rather than the add-on: the sizing guide works from your pool’s surface area, how much of the year you want to swim, and the panels you already have. See Add a Panel above, or let our free system design map it for you.
How do I know which panel length to order?
Start from the roof: measure the clear run you have, choose the longest length that fits, and mix lengths to work around hips, valleys, and dormers — with a Row Spacer Kit at each change from one length to another. The sizing guide works out how many panels your pool needs, or send us your pool size and roof dimensions for a free system design. Replacing a damaged SunLink Pro panel? Match its length: measure from the outside edge of the top header to the outside edge of the bottom header and match it to the measured-length column in the Sizes & specs table.
Can I mix different SunLink Pro panel lengths in the same system?
Yes. All five SunLink Pro panel lengths use the same Integrated Link System™, so different lengths can be used within the same array. This makes it possible to use available roof space more efficiently without requiring a single uniform panel length. If transitioning between panel sizes, an additional Row Spacer Kit will be required. This is the hardware kit used between panel size splits — you’ll need one each time the array changes from one length to another.
Do I need a Panel Installation Kit?
Each added panel will require a Panel Installation Kit, which provides the installation hardware for the new panel — two manifold clamps and the tube support joiners for that length. There is no separate high-wind kit for SunLink Pro; the manifold clamps are the mounting. Roof fasteners and sealant aren’t supplied — pick those up at a hardware store for your roof type, or ask us what your roof needs.
What’s included?
One SunLink Pro solar pool heater panel in the length you select, with the Integrated Link System™ union molded into both ends. Manifold clamps, tube support joiners, Row Spacer Kits, and row plumbing parts are sold separately.
What about freezing weather?
In climates where freezing temperatures occur, the system must be protected: either complete gravity drainage whenever the pump stops, or an automated control system with active freeze protection enabled whenever temperatures may fall below 40°F (4.4°C). Freeze damage is excluded from warranty coverage. Automation systems with freeze protection are available — call and speak with one of our installation specialists.
When does a full kit make more sense than single panels?
It depends on how much of the system is new. The SunLink Pro DIY kit bundles panels with their installation kits and the row plumbing, sized for your pool; single panels make sense when you’re adding to a SunLink Pro system whose mounting and plumbing are already in place. Ask us and we’ll compare the two for your system, or request a free system design.
What does the warranty cover?
SunLink Pro includes a 15-year / lifetime limited warranty — the longest in the solar pool heating industry. Years 1–15 cover 100% of the affected collector. From year 16 through the lifetime of the original collector, a credit equal to 50% of the then-current published MSRP applies. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser and original installation. Labor, roof access, removal, reinstallation, and freight are excluded.
