Rarely do I write reviews, but maybe this will help somebody else with the swim spa. My end to end roll top cover, lasted three seasons in the Florida sun, even with the fabric guard it developed tears along the arched rods. The arches are what provided the insulation. I purchased a large tarp with a ratcheting strap and it has lasted through 25 mile an hour winds. I have added the solar bubble cover underneath. It rolls easy with the end to end and the tarp overlay. I am going to get through this winter and then experiment with just the solar cover and the tarp and no end to end roll top. Currently the solar bubble cover rolls with the end to end roll top and the tarp. My next experiment is to eliminate the end to end roll top cover and just use the solar bubbles and the tarp overlay. Solar cover also includes a tarp if you’re going to leave it in the sun with the white side up..

I can’t believe we hadn’t bought this before now. We have had our in ground pool for 5 years and had the traditional “blue bubble” cover. In those 5 years, we’ve replaced that 3 times, to the tune of $200-300 each time. We have had our GeoBubble RaeGuard™ Heat Retaining Pool Cover for about a month or so now, and could not be happier. It not only totally regulates the temperature, our chemical levels have been perfect, and water dissipation almost nil. We are very pleased with our purchase!
This cover is definitely much thicker and heavier than the blue pool “bubble wrap” we have used in the past. It truly does keep the water warmer than our old covers did. We put a couple of “drain holes” in it, because when it rains the water stays sitting on the top of it and it was so heavy we couldn’t lift it off of the surface of the water.

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Call them before you buy to select type of cover to suit your pool. Prompt shipping. Install videos helpful, but need a video on kidney shape type of home pool.
my swim spa covers got waterlogged and cracked their brackets. Waiting for new cover, 12 weeks, wanted something in the mean time to keep spa warm and clean. Turned off spa heater which is set at 93 and cover kept it at 93 without heater. Might see about using it with new covers, roll off, to save on heater electricity. Cant use permanently by itself because not totally waterproof and have to keep close watch on water level during heavy rain using pump so spa doesn't get too full.
Purchased the cover for our swim spa. Easy to cut for a custom fit. Seems to be doing a very good job keeping the heat in. Great product that is working as anticipated!
We heat our 8x17 like a hot tub and other pool covers we have used last a year or less. This cover is more robust and we like the warranty. Customer support was great with our selection and they provide a cover use when we take the pool cover off in the summer.
I have a 10' x 30' indoor pool and the 12' x 32' cover was ideal for it. It retains the heat of the pool very well and I only have to run the water heater for approximately one hour per day to maintain the ideal water temperature for doing laps and recreations usage. I recommend this cover for any indoor pool. It was costly but the fuel usage to heat the pool decreased making the investment cost effective.
Well worth the money, never had a solar cover so heavy and hold the heat to well, heats up really fast with our Heat Pump. Very Happy great service also. Good Job our first buy.
Is much heavier than a 10 ml product we tried - initial impression out of the box was that it was of very good quality and we still had the same impression-if not better - once we had it in the pool
