I can’t believe we hadn’t bought this before now. We have had our in ground pool for 5 years and had the traditional “blue bubble” cover. In those 5 years, we’ve replaced that 3 times, to the tune of $200-300 each time. We have had our GeoBubble RaeGuard™ Heat Retaining Pool Cover for about a month or so now, and could not be happier. It not only totally regulates the temperature, our chemical levels have been perfect, and water dissipation almost nil. We are very pleased with our purchase!

The new Heat Retention Pool Cover, RaeGuard™, is engineered specifically to maximize heat retention through carefully tailored reflective properties. Identifiable immediately from its silver top layer and white bubble, RaeGuard™ has unique properties that work to actively reduce heat losses from a pool’s surface by up to 57%.
INSULATE / HEAT RETENTION
RaeGuard™ works to retain heat thanks to the patented GeoBubble™ air cells which work to insulate and mitigate against heat loss. This innovation provides RaeGuard™ with a substantial barrier layer which works to prevent the transfer of thermal energy away from the surface of a pool.
REFLECT & SCATTER
The specially selected pigments of RaeGuard™ heat retaining pool cover’s silver & white layers are designed to reflect and scatter radiative heat, and maximize reflection in the targeted mid-infrared region.
EVAPORATION
RaeGuard™ reduces water lost through evaporation by working as a barrier between the water’s surface and the atmosphere. By simply covering the pool with a GeoBubble™ solar pool cover, evaporation is reduced by over 98%, resulting in the preservation of the water resources and increased temperature within the swimming pool.
DEBRIS CONTROL
Covering your pool with a GeoBubble™ solar pool cover prevents dirt, leaves, insects and other debris from entering the pool, maintaining a clean, pleasant swimming environment and reducing chemical demand.

Very effective in maintaining temperature overnight.
Light weight, easy to use, keeps water clean and proper temperature.
This cover is definitely much thicker and heavier than the blue pool “bubble wrap” we have used in the past. It truly does keep the water warmer than our old covers did. We put a couple of “drain holes” in it, because when it rains the water stays sitting on the top of it and it was so heavy we couldn’t lift it off of the surface of the water. Problem solved!
Better than expected ! Very good price, keeps our pool warm and is exactly as described.
I used this to cover my outdoor spa. It seems to keep the heat in well.
Works great! Heavy duty . Really keeps the heat in. Was Easy to trim to fit our pool. Would recommend.
Amazing blanket. We’ve had 5 solar blankets over the years. This is a quantum leap over anything we’ve had previously.
BEST COVER EVER, POOL STAYS WARM EVEN IN WINTER MONTHS
It is a wonderful product. Others shred in 3-4 months with chemicals and heat but this holds for anout15 months. Thank you
Very good experience from very beginning of ordering the correct cover, to receiving it and installation.
Good quality pool cover. Lays flat, insulates very good. Will recommend this product to anyone looking for good quality, fast shipping.
Highly recommend. Great customer service. Call them before you buy to select type of cover to suit your pool. Prompt shipping. Install videos helpful, but need a video on kidney shape type of home pool.
my swim spa covers got waterlogged and cracked their brackets. Waiting for new cover, 12 weeks, wanted something in the mean time to keep spa warm and clean. Turned off spa heater which is set at 93 and cover kept it at 93 without heater. Might see about using it with new covers, roll off, to save on heater electricity. Cant use permanently by itself because not totally waterproof and have to keep close watch on water level during heavy rain using pump so spa doesn't get too full.
They are very responsive and deliver high quality products.
This was super easy to purchase. It came fast It took a moderate amount of elbow grease to cut it to shape. It is keeping my pool, nice and warm!
Purchased the cover for our swim spa. Easy to cut for a custom fit. Seems to be doing a very good job keeping the heat in. Great product that is working as anticipated!
Way better quality pool cover than I've ever used. Made for indoor pools. Exactly what I've been looking for.
Works well. Keeps the heat and water inside the swim spa
product is great and well made. it has been doing the trick for my pool
We heat our 8x17 like a hot tub and other pool covers we have used last a year or less. This cover is more robust and we like the warranty. Customer support was great with our selection and they provide a cover use when we take the pool cover off in the summer.
I have a 10' x 30' indoor pool and the 12' x 32' cover was ideal for it. It retains the heat of the pool very well and I only have to run the water heater for approximately one hour per day to maintain the ideal water temperature for doing laps and recreations usage. I recommend this cover for any indoor pool. It was costly but the fuel usage to heat the pool decreased making the investment cost effective.
I thought it would hold in the heat better. My heater still has to run for 4-5 hrs a day. Not what I was expecting
Well worth the money, never had a solar cover so heavy and hold the heat to well, heats up really fast with our Heat Pump. Very Happy great service also. Good Job our first buy.
Is much heavier than a 10 ml product we tried - initial impression out of the box was that it was of very good quality and we still had the same impression-if not better - once we had it in the pool
Working with Solar Pool Supply to determine sizing and which cover met our needs was a great experience. Love the cover, it's durability and it's thickness!
