I have a roof top solar pool heating system. This vacuum relief valve works as intended. Air often gets into the system and the valve manages to let that air escape without preventing undue strain on the pool pump and equipment. I tend to replace the valve every 2 years - which is about when they fail. For the price, reliability and the peace of mind it provides, the valve is worth the cost. I would recommend this product and Solar Pool Supply.

So grateful you guys exist. Firing up the Solar for the first time this season, and guess what - a leak up on the roof. Turned out to only be the Air Valve. This was literally the only place that I found to get this replacement part. It arrived fast, fair price. You're lifesavers.

A perfect identical replacement for the vacuum relief valve I broke while checking it (unnecessarily it turns out!). It should work on any solar pool heating system, mine is FAFCO, but it would work on any type. Delivered promptly and on time. Best price I could find, too!

I ordered last month a new replacement pool solar panel from Solar Pool Supply. The panel came in a big box with all connection couplers and SS hose clamps. Inside the Box is a very good installation manual to read – please DO! Removing the old panel and installing the new one was no problem, but I would like to say a word of caution, do not unwrap the new panel on the ground. It’s easier to carry the fixed roll on your shoulder up the ladder and onto the roof. Since the new replacement panel was an end panel, it required 2 special end caps. At the lower end has a fixed end cap and at the upper, high point of your solar system is a Vacuum Relief Valve necessary. Both Valves are special and need to be ordered if you have an end panel. Solar Pool Supply has all the parts you need.
