The only solar pool heater
that twists together.
Every SunLink Pro panel features an integrated threaded union molded directly into the collector itself. Installation is faster, the finished system looks cleaner, and there are fewer potential leak points over the life of your system.
Enjoy a longer swimming season, lower heating costs, and a solar heating system built to perform for years.
No hoses. No couplers.
Just twist & go.
Most solar pool heaters join panels with multi-part clamp-and-gasket assemblies—secure, but a careful, piece-by-piece job at every joint. SunLink Pro molds the union directly into the collector itself. Align the panels, twist the collar, and the connection is made—watertight, tool-free, permanent.
Align
Set the panels edge to edge. The union is already built into both—nothing to add, nothing to measure.
Twist
Hand-tighten the collar until snug—no tools or PVC glue required. The integrated O-ring seals the joint; a dab of thread sealant locks it watertight.
Install
Mount the array, connect your plumbing, and you’re ready to enjoy solar-heated water.
Up to twice the swimming season.
None of the heating bills.
A properly sized SunLink Pro system uses the sun to heat your pool through your existing circulation system—extending your swimming season while avoiding the fuel costs of traditional pool heaters.
Enjoy up to 6–10 months of comfortable swimming, depending on your climate.
Heat your pool with the sun—not expensive gas or electric heaters.
Many homeowners recover their investment through years of avoided heating costs.

With SunLink Pro
Precision molded
to outlast the elements.
Built from UV-stabilized engineering polymers and refined through five decades of real-world installations, SunLink Pro is designed to withstand years of sun, heat, weather, and seasonal expansion without sacrificing performance.
Seamless One-Piece Construction
Each panel is molded as a single piece—no welds, no seams, and none of the joint failures that end other systems early.
Thick-Wall Absorber Tubes
Thick circular tube walls stand up to weather, impact, and decades of direct sun.
Built to Move Heat
Selected for performance, not just survival—the polymer absorbs the sun’s heat and moves it efficiently into your pool water.
The MK2 redesign packs more absorber into every panel.
Full of water, still a fraction of what roofs are built to carry.
Half the width of standard panels—easy to carry and maneuver.
The connection is molded in. There’s nothing to add.

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.
How much difference will it actually make?
Most unheated pools are comfortable only 3–4 months a year. A properly sized solar system extends that to 6–10 months depending on your climate—and unlike gas or electric heat, running it costs nothing. It’s the difference between a pool you use and a pool you look at.
How do the panels connect to each other?
Every SunLink Pro panel has the Integrated Link System™ union molded directly into both ends. Align the panels edge to edge, hand-tighten the collar until snug, and the integrated O-ring seals the joint—no hose clamps, rubber couplers, or tools required.
Can SunLink Pro replace my existing solar pool heater?
Absolutely! A full SunLink Pro DIY Kit can replace any existing solar pool heating system. Individual panel replacements are only compatible with other SunLink Pro solar collectors, however entire systems may absolutely be replaced by SunLink Pro.
Will it work on my roof?
SunLink Pro panels are just 24 inches wide—half the width of a standard panel—so they're built to follow hips, valleys, dormers, and other roof features that stop wider panels short. Five available lengths let you mix and match to fit almost any roofline.
Can my roof handle the weight?
Even filled with water, SunLink Pro panels weigh a maximum of 1.6 lb per square foot—a fraction of what residential roofs are engineered to support. Individual dry panels weigh between 5.7 and 14.3 pounds, light enough for one person to carry and maneuver.
What about freezing weather?
Like any solar pool heating system, SunLink Pro should be winterized (drained and isolated) when temperatures approach 40°F.
What does the warranty cover?
SunLink Pro panels are backed by a 10-year factory limited warranty that covers defects in materials and craftmanship of the solar collectors.
What happens if I get stuck during installation?
Every SunLink Pro system comes with a step-by-step installation guide, and our real, in-house experts are just a phone call away if you have questions along the way.
